Resolved an issue with The Universal Kit Module - Transporter Filter so that it now scales up with each rank of the kit module.
Resolved an issue with the Malicious AI, Organic Nebula and Tractor Beam Catapult bridge officer training manuals that prevented them from being trained on ensign ranked bridge officers.
Resolved an issue with the Task Force Operation Wolf 359 that, in some rare cases, would cause some assimilation Probe Killed is not counted towards bonus rewards.
