The Friendship-class Flight Deck Carrier is as elegant as it is versatile, and its ability to empower its own hangar flights makes it excellent at supporting its allies. Power-transfer modules that provide windows of starship-level energy to small craft can also light cities during disasters, and the same carrier fleet group that projects power along the boarder can add considerable teeth to even civilian craft. There is alignment here between warm hearts and cold tritanium – Starfleet is a deeply principled organization, but it is not in the business of sentimentality in starship design, and those it sends to fight its battles will always have the best it can provide. This ability to get equipment and power where it needs to go is useful in both diplomacy and combat because it is more primal, more fundamental than either. When hearts and heads align, the greatest strides of progress are made.

Console – Universal – Transfer Power Emitters

Activating this Console provides target non-self Ally with a sizable boost to Critical Chance, increased dramatically if your target is a Hangar Pet or Separated Ship Segment. Whenever your Ally Critically Strikes, a blast of Electrical energy is released, damaging both your Ally's target and up to two other nearby Foes. This damage is increased dramatically if your Ally is a Hangar Pet or Separated Ship Segment, and is improved by the Weapon Power of the Ally.

This Console additionally provides increases to Critical Strike Chance, Hangar Pet Critical Strike Chance, and Hull Restoration Skill.

Starship Trait - Cooperation is the Dominant Strategy

Using a Bridge Officer or Console Ability on an Ally provides bonus Damage. This buff stacks up to 5 times, lasts 30 sec, and each new application refreshes the duration of all stacks. If the target is a Hangar Pet, it receives a much larger bonus.
