Model Upgrade

We have made the decision to upgrade the classic model. While optimizing the existing models, actions, fashion, and lighting effects of all classes, all the defining characteristics of the popular classic models of various classes will be completely kept as they were. The top priority of this classic model optimization is the comprehensive upgrade of the model skeletons! Skeletons have been updated for classic models of all classes, customization effects, movement, and even fashion performance.

With the interior and exterior renovation of classic models, everyone can experience the changes when they wear their favorite fashions. We have carried out technical innovations for fashion details - hair is no longer stiff, skirts, robes and other clothing can achieve better dressing effects, exquisite accessories will be more three-dimensional, design details on clothing will be more delicate and eye-catching.

 

Customization Upgrade

Flow Optimization

Refined customization interface. Now each step can be expanded separately. You can spot the differences and changes between eyebrows and lips. After adjusting the details, you can also quickly switch to other parts, which is convenient for comparison and finding the most satisfactory matching of facial features.

 

Features Optimization

Added a preview for avatar. Now customization can be synchronized with the character and avatar to get more accurate and instant feedback.

Added adjustable parts. More adjustable parts for characters will be available for the update, such as hands, feet, etc., providing versatile options for customization.

Added Classic Model Customization Function for HD Model. HD Model can also be customized with classic models when creating new characters or in Makeover Service, saving time and effort.

Optimized the stance and lighting effect of the classic model in Customization Mode. Reduced the range of motion of the character, and meanwhile weakened the lighting effect from being affected by character jitter and strong lighting effect, improving your experience.

 

Scenes Optimization

Synchronized classic model customization scene and HD models scene. Players can adjust the time in the scene to observe different effects of the characters during day and night, to create the ideal face under different lighting angles.

 

Faction Reset

Faction Resources

There are three resources: Personal Chivalry Points, Faction Loyalty Points, and Faction Loyalty Funds. These three types of resources are all accumulated in the current week and consumed in the next week. The Faction resources will be calculated at 00:00 every Monday.

 

Chivalry Points

Participate in Dance Party and Attack Divine Furies with your Faction Members every Wednesday night to earn Chivalry Points.

After results are concluded every Monday, players can click on Claim Reward on Faction Interface to claim Fund Stone, which can be used to exchange various Faction Exclusive Items.

Note:

1. After the update, there is no limit to the number of times you can obtain Chivalry Points per day.

2. Challenging Weapon, Armor and Artifact Instance will no longer receive Chivalry Points and Loyalty Funds.

 

Loyalty Points

The Chivalry Points of all players in the whole Faction will be directly accumulated into Faction Loyalty Points. After Loyalty Points are calculated every Monday, it will be evenly distributed to the members whose Chivalry Points are not 0 at the time of calculation.

Fund Stone players obtained each week and Chivalry Points, Loyalty Points is Calculated as follow:

Fund Stone Players Obtained Each Week = Individual Chivalry Points + (Faction Loyalty Points/Fraction Active Players)

That is, the Fund Stone players receive each week comes from two parts: Individual Chivalry Points and Faction Loyalty Points, among which the number of active Faction members refers to players whose Chivalry Points are not 0 at the time of calculation.

Note: When a player leaves the Faction, the Faction's weekly Loyalty Points will automatically deduct the Chivalry Points contributed by the player.

 

Loyalty Funds

Faction members perform various actions to accumulate Loyalty Funds for the Faction. Completing Fraction activities with members earns Funds.

The primary role of Loyalty Funds is to activate Faction talent. When all Faction talents are activated, Fund merchants will enter Faction base and provide services for purchasing consumables with Fund. Fund can only be consumed by Faction leader. Props purchased by Faction leader with the donation will directly enter Faction reward distribution pool.

Note: After the update, "Chivalry Points", "Loyalty Points", and "Loyalty Funds" will be cleared. Players who have not yet received rewards are requested to claim them in Faction interface as soon as possible.

 

Faction Rankings

Added "Faction Rankings" button to Faction interface, which is used to display the cumulative situation of Faction's weekly Loyalty Points.

Added "Loyalty Points" button on the left side of the Rankings interface, ranking according to the value of each Faction's weekly Loyalty Points, and the role of Faction leader is displayed in the middle of the interface.

When Faction rewards are settled on Monday, Faction Rankings will be refreshed at the same time. Faction Rankings only display the top 100 Factions with high Loyalty Points on this server, and Factions with a score of 0 are not displayed.

Note: If two Factions have the same Loyalty Points at the time of calculation, they will be ranked in no particular order.

The Divine Furies Base: War-Torn Canyon

Entrance: Go to Faction Base and collect Fight Divine Furies Token at Faction Bounty Envoy Zhao Huanyu, use it and enter via portal.

Faction Event

Dance Party

Every Wednesday night from 19:30 to 20:00. Dance with Ruo Die Faction Square to obtain levels. The more levels you accumulate, the more Chivalry Points you can get, and you can get up to 14 chivalrous points.

 

Dance Party can be completed once a week, and the task cannot be abandoned. Completing the task automatically obtains Chivalry Points, and the uncompleted task will automatically fail at 20:00 on the same day.

Note: During the event, if the dancing action is interrupted, you can click "Skill-Action-Emotion-Dance 2" to continue dancing to get the "Dance Party" level.

Requirements: Player Lv. Reawakening I LV100, Arcane Sky I and above.

 

Siege of The Divine Furies

The seven major clans of the Divine Furies are: Duanyin Clan, Dixue Clan, Tianyan Clan, Shengwei Clan, Huoye Clan, Wuhou Clan, and Shennong Clan. In addition to the seven top masters in the War-torn Canyon, the Divine Furies are also recruiting apprentices on the Perfect Continent to strengthen the their power.

General Summer has ordered the major factions of the Perfect Continent to fight in the War-torn Canyon and weaken the Divine Furies, but this cannot completely eradicate their power.

 

Every Wednesday night from 20:00 to 21:30, take the quest from Ming Xue at Faction Base. Team captain can choose any clan to start. Defeat the disciples of each clan in turn and return to Ming Xue to claim rewards.

After completing the Siege of the Divine Furies, you can get 7 chivalrous points and the "Siege of the Divine Furies Gift Pack". The contents of the package are as following:

 

Requirements: Player Lv. Reawakening I LV100, Arcane Sky I and above. Requires a team of 8 or more.

Note: There will be 10 apprentices of the Divine Furies around each area, and a new apprentice will appear 18 minutes after each apprentice is killed.

 

Example:

Once the event starts, the team captain starts to siege apprentices of the Divine Furies from the apprentices of Shengwei Clan. The team returns to the Perfect World - Midlands, click on the task to track apprentices of Shengwei Clan and open the mini map. At this time the mini map will display all the possible places where the apprentices of Shengwei Clan may appear. If the time is at 20:06, 10 apprentices will appear around the desert sea. Players can choose any apprentices.

Players can also go around the Valley of Death and the Wolf Totem Valley to find the surviving apprentices of Shengwei Clan to kill them or wait until 20:09 to go to the Scorpion Valley to kill them. After completion, the team will automatically take the quest of killing the apprentices of Huoye Clan. Follow the above steps until all apprentices of the seven clans are killed.

Note: When players receive the Siege of The Divine Furies quest, they can choose whether to accept the Arms of the Light Empress according to their own needs.

At 21:30 on the night of the event, all apprentices from each clan will leave Perfect World - Midlands. Players need to find and kill the apprentices they need as soon as possible within 90 minutes.

 

Faction Reward

Affinity Tree

The faction affinity consists of 8 layers.

After the weekly calculation, the faction leader can search for the Spirit Tree's Soul under the Spirit Tree in the Faction Base to activate the faction talent.

After the weekly calculation, the faction talent will be reset, and the faction leader needs to use the available donations of this week to restart the talent.

Each talent is divided into two parts: optional talents and additional functions. The leader can choose 1 out of 3 optional talents in each layer and activates by available Loyalty Funds. This operation will activate all the additional functions of this layer at the same time. The first 7 layers of talent require 500 Loyalty Funds for each layer. The 8th layer no longer consumes Loyalty Funds.

 

Fund Stone Redeem

 Added Fund Stone Redeem function at Faction Merchant Rayu.

After the update, you can use the Nebula Dust Orb rewarded by Faction Event at Faction Merchant Rayu to alchemize to the Nebula Dust Orb Ultimate that provides 100 Astral Energy EXP.

Now Astrobana Pearl Ultimate can be devoured by \ with a level lower than 105.

 

Star Chart

In order to enable players to better adapt to the reconstructed faction system and the Faction Instance, we have decided to increase the upper limit of the Star Chart level and added the materials for cultivating Star Chart to the Faction Event rewards. On the premise of not increasing the difficulty of the Star Chart system, we have provided a higher upper limit of attribute for players of all Star Chart levels.

In order to enable all players to better cope with the new Faction Instance, the upper limit of the Star Chart level corresponding to all Astral Energy levels has been increased. After the upgrade, the upper limit of Star Chart levels corresponding to the Astral Energy level 1-10 is promoted from 57, 58, 59, 60, 62, 64, 67, 70 to 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 62, 64, 68, 78, 105. All players, regardless of the current Star Chart level, are able to use the Star Devour to increase the Star Chart EXP level to reach the upper limit of Star Chart level and obtain higher Star Chart attributes.

Players with a Star Fortune of 10 can easily get 10 Star Chart entries. In order to make it easier for players with 10 Star Chart entries and a Star Chart level of 105 to obtain their favorite entries, we provide Star Selection service. Through Star Selection, you can choose 10 favorite attribute entries corresponding to this occupation Star Chart, and you can specify the star position corresponding to the attribute entry. Additional Faction Related Info

1. Faction Base needs to be activated by the faction leader using Faction Base Contract at Faction Base Manager Zeen. If Loyalty Points of a Faction do not reach 1000 for 4 consecutive weeks, the Faction Base will be locked again. The leader needs to consume the Faction Base Contract to reopen the base.

2. Players who have withdrawn from the Faction for less than 7 days will not be able to enter the Faction Base of the next Faction. Resigning from the Faction Base clears the player's accumulated Chivalry Points for the week. A player can only accumulate Loyalty Points for a Faction per day.

3. Cancel the original Instance of 100 Faction members, Faction targets and the Faction Resource War event that started at 20:00 on Wednesday. Soldiers' Pay can continue to be exchanged for the required materials in Faction Base.

4. Completing the Faction Instance every day will get 20 Active Points.

5. Adjusted the daily amount of Loyalty Funds that players can obtain to unlimited.

6. When a player quits the Faction, the Loyalty Funds contributed by the player will be deducted from the accumulated Loyalty Funds of the Faction for the week.

7. Added Public Broadcast in the first and second level of the Faction Instance.

8. In order to optimize players' experience for the Faction Instance, after successfully challenging Faction Instance, the Instance will reset 30 seconds after all team members leave the Instance. Teams that need to continue to challenge can regroup or wait outside the instance for 30 seconds.

9. The daily quest of Faction instance will automatically fail at 24:00 on Sunday. Please find the NPC to hand in the quest in time after completing.

 

Garment Update

Linlang Store opens for business in Archosaur City, North District

All the fashions will move to Linlang Store. After fashions move to this new store, individual parts will no longer be sold, but all of them will be "sold as a whole". At that time, players can no longer add parts one by one, but directly buy the whole set of fashion.

At the same time, the categories of Mounts and Flyers in the Boutique will move to Linlang Store-Classic.

Note: If a certain appearance has been included in the Codex, it will be displayed as existed in Linlang Store, reminding players that no additional purchase is required.

 

Codex Update

With the opening of Linlang Store, Archosaur City also held a rating competition for fashion, mounts, and flyers. With the enthusiastic voting of the residents, these appearance items were finally divided into four rare levels, which are included in the Codex.

 

Rarity

The fashions, mounts, and flyers (hereinafter collectively referred to as appearance) in the illustration have different dimensions in terms of production accuracy, acquisition difficulty, and added value, so it is not appropriate to simply classify them as props of the same rarity. The appearance is divided into four rarities levels, and the appearance of Fine and above will be distinguished by different labels in the Codex and Linlang Store.

For appearances with special logos or functions, there will be an additional function label in Codex, which is convenient for players to view its special features more intuitively.

Pet: indicating that when you put on the fashion, pets will follow you;

Celestial: indicating that the fashion is acquired by participating in Celestial Memoire Events; (Same as Mounts and Flyers)

Multiple: indicating that the mount has multi-rider features;

Speedy: indicating that the mount has a movement speed of 12m/s;

Sprint: indicating that the flyer has a maximum acceleration speed of 6.7m/s.

 

Fashion/Mount/Flyer Value

Other than rarity, each fashion has its fashion value. The value is related to rarity. The higher the rarity, the higher the fashion value. Players only need to collect fashions to get their corresponding fashion value, which equals to the sum of the fashion values of all the collected fashions.

The system ranks according to the fashion value every week, and the top three players can get a title reward for a week.

 

Acquisition

In order to make it easier for players to obtain their favorite appearances, the Codex also clearly marks the acquisition method in the tab of each appearance.

 

Codex Collection Reward Expansion

Added new fashions, mounts, and flyers collection rewards to the Codex. When players reach the number of collections at a certain stage, they can receive relevant title rewards in the Codex.

 

Charm Ranking

Charm Rankings consists of four of the following lists: Fashion Ranking (Male), Fashion Ranking (Female), Pet Ranking, Flyers Ranking. Statistics, rankings, calculation, and reward-claiming rules of the four lists are similar, so here is an example of the Fashion Ranking (Male).

 

Fashion Ranking (Male):

The Fashion Ranking is a list that counts the personal Fashion Ranking of players in this server. Players can check their own and others' Fashion Value, Faction information, Class, and avatar in the ranking interface.

 

Fashion Value Stats

Players can check their current total Fashion Value in the Codex. When clicking on a specific set of clothes, they can view the related Fashion Value on the right. Only after the fashion is collected in the Codex, the Fashion Value can be activated.

The total Fashion Value is the sum of all Fashion Value of the current gender.

 

Fashion Value Ranking

The system will integrate the Fashion Value of all players in the server and rank them from high to low. When multiple players have the same value, the ranking will be determined based on the chronological order of players reaching this value.

Each list shows the top 100 players on the server at most, and players with a score of 0 will not be included in the list.

 

Ranking Refresh

Ranking is refreshed every hour. When the player's Fashion Value changes between two hourly hours, the system will read this data at the next hourly hour and refresh the ranking according to the ranking rules.

 

Calculation and Reward Claiming Rules

Every Sunday at 23:00 is the calculation time for the ranking list.

The announcement time of the ranking is from 23:00 on Sunday to 09:00 on Monday, and the ranking will not change during this period.

After 09:00 on Monday, the top three players in the last week can click the treasure chest button in the ranking interface to receive the corresponding reward, and the treasure chest will disappear after receiving it. The button is only valid in Midlands.

If a player does not claim their reward during the week, the reward will expire at the next calculation period.

At the same time, mounts have their Mount Value, and flyers have their Flyer Value. The detailed rules are the same as Fashion Value.

Note: If a title is claimed again before it expires, its valid time will be overwritten by the newly claimed title and cannot be superimposed.

After this update, we will remove Glyph Bonus of Sanctified Skills.

As we all know, Glyph Bonus activated by a character is determined according to the number of Sanctified Skill and Glyph Bonus of Sanctified Skill. The original intention of its design is to hope that each class can embed Glyph with different Sanctified Skills, bring a rich combination of skills, and expand the strategy of battle.

However, by summarizing from the combats, we noticed that most classes have key Glyph Effect that are difficult to give up; And because the Glyph Bonus of each Sanctified Skill is fixed, resulting in fixed combination of Glyph Bonus, making players have to choose between "giving up the Glyph Effect of key Sanctified Skills" and "suppressing Glyph Bonus", which makes the choice of Sanctified Skill in a dilemma. In this update, we will further improve the simplicity of the interface by removing the force logo, ease the pressure on players to obtain information, reduce the reading burden of players, and allow players to have a better game experience.

Order of Morai has always been an indispensable part of players' growth and upgrade. On the premise of ensuring the complete preservation of the faction system and gameplay, we will remove the display of order icon on the following interface:

Battle Stats

Added Battle Stats feature. The system will record the player's personal or team battle data according to the battle situation and provide display and save functions. Stats Interface

Rules of Stats

The battle statistics floating interface will display the battle data in real time. The statistics of the player include the player's skill DMG, skill treatment, damage taken, mana change and critical strike rate. In the instance boss battle, additional statistics of the team's battle data will be counted, and the player's DMG, treatment and damage contribution in the boss battle will be counted.

 

Stats Display

Click the "Individual/Squad" button on the floating interface to switch the display of personal combat data or team combat data; click the "DMG", "Healing" and "Injury" buttons on the floating interface to switch the data type currently displayed. Select the drop-down option on the left side of the suspension interface to view the battle data of the adjacent rounds. The suspension interface only displays the brief data of the output, treatment, and damage in the battle, while the details interface displays more detailed data, including the average effect of each skill. The number of times the skill is used, the amount of mana recovered and the actual critical strike rate.

 

Saving Data

Players can select recent battles on the floating interface and save them to the favorites column. Personal battle data is temporarily stored for the last 20 battles, and the favorite column is 20. The team battle data is temporarily stored for the last 5 battles, and the favorite column is 20 battles. If the collection column reaches the upper limit when saving, the battle data of this battle can no longer be saved. You need to delete the existing collection battle data before you can save it again.

 

Sharing Data
