Brawn Vs. Brain - Untamed Revamped

Barbarian HD Mode & Hero Story

We revamped the HD model of the Barbarian class, making it a better representation of the "Tank" role. Its damage output capacity is also boosted. The Hero Saga for the Barbarian's iconic hero, General Viensa, has been added. His epic story can inspire all Barbarian players and remind them of their duty.

 

Appearance Elevated

More refined models are added for Barbarian, where whole new art assets are used for game characters and gear models. Players can customize their characters in HD Mode, and existing Barbarian characters can also be re-customized at the Cosmetic Master after enabling HD Mode.

The animations, lighting effects and gear effects are kept for the Classic Models, meaning that the Detailed Models will not affect the Classic Models.

 

Skills Revamped

One of the six initial Classes in PWI, Barbarian possesses the greatest survivability and aggro ability of all. We understand that the Barbarian Class has some less fun Skills, and often lacks a chance to become the highlight of the team. By revamping skills, we hope to enhance the class's experience while keeping its existing advantages. We redesigned Barbarian so Strength and Vitality are cemented as its primary attributes, further boosting its survivability. In the current version, the human form of the Barbarian, as a DPS fighter, is less effective in terms of damage output and pursuing capability, and its skill combo feels somewhat clumsy. In this update, we optimized the human form's pursuing ability and skill fluency, so the skill loop is more efficient. The beast form of the Barbarian class lacks in the ability to withstand damage as a Tank/Support role, making it less reliable in a team. We also enhanced the survivability for the beast form, as well as its ability to debuff.

The Barbarian's HD Skills have received redesigned animations and effects. The optimized skills include Beast King's Inspiration, Swell, Strength of the Titans, Firestorm, Slam, Bestial Onslaught, Stomp of the Beast King, Penetrate Armor, Armageddon, Extreme Fury, Untamed Wrath, Garrotte, Blood Bath, Blood Rush, Mighty Swing, Cornered Beast, and ΨMighty Swing.

The animations, lighting effects and gear effects are kept for the Classic Models, meaning that the Detailed Models will not affect the Classic Models.

 

New Story

Requisition: LV80, Aware of Vacuity, and clicking the "Hero Saga" - "Barbarian: Viensa" button.

Story Synopsis:

Even after death, the heroes' bones remain.

Viensa is one of the most controversial figures of all Untamed heroes. He has been appointed the General of Villain Suppression, and regarded as the Shield of the East and the protector of the City of the Lost. He led the Untamed army and repeled the invading Wraith horde for many times, becoming the most feared foe for the Wraith. To everyone's surprise, Viensa suffered his waterloo in the Battle of Wellspring, his army annihilated and gone missing himself. After that, Viensa has become a traitor to the Untamed and a warmongering devil in the eyes of the public.

PW 4431, when you are enjoying your time in Archosaur City, you learned from a mysterious guy that there is a new restaurant in Wellspring, where the dishes are quite popular. You decide to travel there and check it out, not knowing that a new adventure awaits...

Venomancer HD Mode & Hero Story

Venomancer is also one of the starting classes in PWI, and can be seen everywhere, in both PvE and PvP. Venomancer has been updated to include HD mode, and its skills are enhanced. The Hero Saga for the iconic Venomancer hero, Yeona, has also been added. Anyone who gets to know Yeona's story must have a closer bond with their pets.

Skills Revamped

Venomancer has two primary ways of DPS: in human form, they can use Ranged Magic Attack, while the fox form is specialized in Melee Physical Attack. In the current version, the fox form must take great risk in order to fight hand-to-hand, and is less effective in comparison to the ranged human form in terms of survivability and control ability. To give the fox form a better chance in combat, we give it more ways to gain Physical Attack, and optimized all its DPS skills. The fox form will have a more efficient DPS loop, as well as better control ability and survivability.

Venomancer's HD skills are evolved with newly designed animations and effects. These skills include: Parasitic Nova, Lucky Scarab, Metabolic Boost, Noxious Gas, Bramble Guard, Lending Hand, Nature's Grace, Bramble Hood, Ironwood Scarab, Venomous Scarab, Revive Pet, Blazing Scarab, Frost Scarab, ΨRedstone Venomworm-Verdant Glyph.

The animations, lighting effects and gear effects are kept for the Classic Models, meaning that the Detailed Models will not affect the Classic Models (except ΨRedstone Venomworm-Verdant Glyph).

 

New Story

Story Synopsis:

"The universe is vast and boundless...

Every life deserves better, including our pets."

This is a story of an ordinary and great Venomancer, Yeona, and her attitude toward life and her pets.

Yes, she is ordinary, because she was just a Venomancer from the City of the Lost, who grew up taming pets and messing around.

But she is also great, because she stopped the Wraith's plan to invade the Perfect World all by herself and her pets. This has changed the world's view upon pets, and carried forward the spirit of the Venomancer.

Rising Sky - Western Continent Updated

Western Continent Boundary: Obscure Realm - Rising Sky

Before you advance in your cultivation, you have to pass the trainings of the Obscure Realm. If you have completed the trainings of Arcane Sky, Mirage Sky, Astral Sky, Shifting Sky, Twilight Sky, Royal Sky, Pious Sky, and Apex Sky, you can talk to Rising Sky Lord to break into Obscure Realm - Rising Sky.

There are mysterious principles that loom over the Rising Sky boundary.

Requisition: When the character has completed Apex Sky X and enters the Western Continent, he will receive the quest "Call to the Rising Sky"

Increased the cap of Vitae gained by Rising Sky players from killing monsters to 80,000.

Vitae Monster: Apex Sacred Spirit can be found near Western Plains, Fountain of Fate, and Vidal Forest in the Western Continent.

Vitae Gain Rate increased:

As the cultivationists are getting stronger, the Sacred Spirits also carry more Vitae. The Vitae gained from all Sacred Spirits is increased by 25%.

Vitae item crafting:

To meet the cultivationists' increasing need of Vitae, the Sacred Mirror starts to craft Vitae Remedy. Players can go to the Sacred Mirror in Primal World - Kirin Town to craft your Vitae items and get better Remedy items.

Vitae Daily Adjustments:

The Vitae reward for the Daily Boundary Quests are greatly increased so the players can gain Vitae faster.

Reawakening II LV102

Rising Sky I and above

      After you have completed the quest "Call to the Rising Sky", you can take the new Western Continent Main Quest "The Strange Glow" from Little Brian in Nicada.

Reward: Plentiful EXP, Spirit, Vitae, Soul Split Panacea, Soul Sunder Elixir, Soul Summon Stone, and other items.

 

Main Quest Party Instance - Fountain of Fate:

You can take the instance teleportation quest "The Waltz of Time: Prelude" from Goddess of Fate: Now.

The party leader must have completed the Main Quest for Rising Sky "Poem Society of Time" before they can take the teleportation quest. After entering the instance, they will automatically take the instance reward quest "Turn of Fate". The players must make a party of six, and the party leader must take the quest, with all teammates within 20 meters.

 

Western Continent Daily Quests - The Water of Imar

The Water of Imar flows quietly through the Vidal Forest. No one knows that the Water of Imar, which has nurtured the first root of the world, has also become the medium for the villain to take over the minds of all Elves. Landar needs you to stop the villain's plan from the very source.

Requirements: After reaching Rising Sky I, the player can take the quest from Landar in Vidal Forest.

Notes: If Viora has accumulated enough energy, it will head out from the Frozen Realm and summon Frozen Thralls that would pollute the Water of Imar. Players can defeat the Frozen Thralls to gain Vitae.

New Instance: Isle of the Celestial Warriors

Isle of the Celestial Warriors is a brand new Artifact Instance.

Requirements:

Reawakening II LV100+ players can go to Markun in Bleakhaven Ruins in Perfect World (772,957) to enter the instance.

To enter the instance, it costs Relic of Wonder: Artifact which can be collected from Markun.

 

Instance Puzzle-solving Gameplay

Afterimage Corridor

On the way from Essence Garden to Insight Hall, there is a bridge rigged with machanical fans. In the beginning the players can only see the hand, and they will need to work together to solve the puzzle.

Florist's Cliff

Giant flowers grow on the Isle of the Celestial Warriors. As outsiders come to the Florist's Cliff, they start to attack everyone. To stay alive, you have to split up and travel alone.

Butterfly Caverns

Players have to come in parties of ten and pass a compass puzzle set up by Trillian. Observe the direction the compass is turning, and respond within the given time.

Impasse Chasm

The path leading to the peak is dotted with all sorts of dangers like falling boulders. They will push you down into the abyss if you are careless.

 

Instance Boss Gameplay

Trillian the Celestial Healer

Trillian is bound to guard the island, so she missioned three brothers to find those strong enough to defeat Lozzar, She taught Howie, Markun, and Jayne how to test candidates in order to find warriors that are powerful enough.

Cyan Miasma: Trillian summons poisonous miasma that would deal lethal damage within 10 seconds to anyone caught in it.

Symbiotic Spore: Trillian spreads countless spores. 20 seconds later, the spores will blossom into flowers and deal great damage to all players caught in range. The flowers will spread even more spores.

Venom Lotus: Only those who would sacrifice themselves to save their teammates possess the quality to defeat Lozzar. Trillian will inflict Race-specific poison to challengers of the six races, and divide the entire battlefield into four areas. A lot of miraculous herbs will grow in the battlefield. Players have to harvest the correct herbs to cure their teammates and complete the trials.

 

Cyphon the Great Confucionist

Cyphon no longer ages after arriving at the Isle of the Celestial Warriors. He looks down upon everyone else on the island, and only those who are proficient in Confucianism can pass his trials.

Test of Heart: During the challenge, players will never take any damage. Instead, they will lose points, and when they lose enough points, it's game over.

Test of Choice: You have to master the knowledge of Confucianism to defeat Cyphon. The players need to choose their suitable attributes and connect to it, and defeat Cyphon while connected. The attributes will then be enhanced during the second phase.

Circle of Motion: Cyphon summons 5 powerful magical spheres in the battlefield, and plots random routes using ink and brush. The spheres will move following a certain pattern. Every two warriors with the same attributes must find the corresponding sphere and catch it before it reaches the end to complete the trial.

 

Shiao Xinsan and Shiao Baho the Yi-ologists

These two have devoted their studies into Yi-ology, the way of yin and yang.

When Lozzar invited them to the Isle of the Celestial Warriors, they accepted without any suspicion. When Lozzar went mad, they naturally ignored that. When the Armageddon happened, they stood out to fight it. When they found themselves undying, they gladly embraced it.

Binary Balance: Shiao Xinsan and Shiao Baho are positioned in two areas across the Yin Yang Lake. Five players have to enter each area to start the boss fight. During the fight, each area must have five players within them. If any area has more or less than five palyers, a countdown of 8 seconds will start. The balance of five players in each area must be restored within the countdown. Otherwise, the balance will be broken and the boss will reset.

Sword One - Reversal: A basic sword attack that releases a blastwave around that knocks back players.

Sword Two - Repetition: A basic sword attack that releases a blastwave in a fan-shaped area that knocks back players.

Opposing Forces: Shiao Xinsan's Sky Penalty and Shiao Baho's Sky Virtue will strike at different directions based on different channeling gestures. The two bosses will strike at the opposing direction for the same action following the way of ying and yang. The strike have a very large hit range, and a player character can never withstand two hits.

Devouring Spell: Shiao Xinsan and Shiao Baho each mark two players. A number and a magic hex will show up at the feet and over the head of each marked player. They will need to send the correct number of players to stand in the corresponding hex. If they fail to do that, they will be killed instantly; if they did it correctly, they will be marked with Yin Yang buffs, and they will need to switch to the correct area. Otherwise, they will be killed instantly.

Primordial Ice: Shiao Xinsan and Shiao Baho will randomly use ice attacks on players, which will Paralyze the targets and cause them to Bleed. Players need to break the ice for their teammates.

 

Jortie the Diviner

Jortie was was abandoned by her parents. Lozzar found her, and raised her. He taught her the ways of the universe and his grand scheme.

Astral Domain: Jortie use the principles of the universe to create an Astral Domain, and anyone who steps into this area must follow her rules. They cannot stay in each zone for too long, and they can never have two players staying in the same zone. Otherwise they will suffer grave consequences. If there are less than 7 players in the Astral Domain, or the players have died for more than 7 times, Jortie will reset.

Starry Heaven: Jortie will summon ten Starry Zone in the Astral Domain, and the players must block the starlight, or they will explode and deal lethal damage to all players.

Solar Crescent: Jortie summons a Solar Zone and a Lunar Zone in the Astral Domain. The players need to follow the given path to channel the energy of the sun and the moon so they neutralize each other. Otherwise, they will explode and deal lethal damage to all players.

Polaris Oracle: Jortie summons a Polaris Zone to heal herself, and kept the secrets to this spell in 10 of her clones. The players must defeat Jortie's clones, and collect the Star Dust to break the Polaris Zone, and to defend themselves from Jortie's ultimate strike.

Star Sea: In this ultimate attack, Jortie channels the energy of all astral bodies, and resonates with the ocean. In the end, she ignites the energy and strikes with devastating power. The players have to break the Polaris Zone in order to create a shield to defend against this skill.

Satellite Defense: Jortie summons a number of satellites to patrol the Astral Domain. If the players show up in the same zone with a satellite, they will be killed instantly.

 

Lozzar the Taoist

Lozzar is the dominator of the Isle of the Celestial Warriors. His ambition was to not only gain immortality, but also alter the principles of the universe. He studies the darkest and the most powerful spells that had ever existed. Divine beings learned of Lozzar's plan, sacrificing a lot to imprison Lozzar on the island. A thousand years have passed, forbidden spells have started to work once again. Living or dead creatures have started to break loose.

Inner Demon: Demonic power co-worked with the Tao, and four Inner Demons possessed Lozzar the Taoist. They will manifest on the wall behind Lozzar in the form of mirrored masks. These masks will be aligned in one to three rows, and with each group of masks showing up, the corresponding areas on the ground will deal a lot of damage to the players.

Tome of the River: Players have to choose the correct positions according to the hints in the tome, and create the correct pattern to destroy Lozzar's invincibilty.

Fractal Hex: Lozzar conjures a magical circle with random patterns. The players within the area must follow the direction of the focus and change their movement until the magical circle disappears. If they move toward the wrong direction, they will suffer a lot of damage. Once per 8 seconds, Lozzar will detect if there are players in the focus. If there is no one, Lozzar will deal lethal damage to all players.

 

Instance Rewards

Boss Loot:

Defeating a boss will have a chance to drop LV7 Glyph, LV4 Glyph, LV1 Glyph and War Avatar Pack C of random colors.

Defeating the final boss will guarantee to drop a LV7 Glyph of a random color.

Daily Yield:

Soul Summon Stone x1, Glyph Pack LV3 x1, Starglade Chest x1, Nebula Dust Orb x5, Underworld Glowstone x9, Underworld Goldstone x9, War Avatar Pack C x48.

The players will receive the reward quest automatically once they enter the instance, and the quest can be completed after killing the boss.

Bounty Yield:

Complete Isle of the Celestial Warriors Bounty to get an additional Celestial Treasure, including Glyph Pack LV5 x1, Underworld Glowstone x9, and Underworld Goldstone x9.

 

Skill Adjustments

Blademaster

Blademaster excels at many different types of weaponry. There are different effects when they use different weapons for the same skill. Axe/Hammer is great at controlling. Polearm has an attack range advantage. Fists have high attack rate. Sword has great DPS. The multi-weaponry design gives Blademaster versatility and strength, but at the same time increases the learning threshold. In this update, we added a skill for the Blademaster to switch weapons, and we hope this skill can give the Blademaster more options and optimize its experience. For the Blademaster, as well as all classes, Heaven's Flame obviously is very valuable, and in actual combat, there is a slight chance that Heaven's Flame will miss. We tried to solve this problem in this update, and meanwhile optimized the overall quality of life for the Blademaster class with better skill loop.

Wizard

To help the Wizard cast skill more smoothly, while maintaining a balance and freedom of choice between skills, we adjusted certain Wizard skills. Considering the existing skill switching features, we extended Apex Armor and made it a Ψ skill, so the Wizard can have wider options.

Technician

In the current version, Technician's output loop is slightly tedious. We updated Flame: Deadly Shriek into a Ψ skill, so the Technician's output loop is smoother. For Technician, the immunity against negative effects is very important. In the update, we adequately increased Technician's ability to resist negative effects.

Wildwalker

As the newest member of the Untamed race, the Wildwalkers can transform into different forms and use various skills for powerful combinations. Wildwalker can switch between from human form and ape form, and deal lethal damage with quick following-up of skills. We felt Wildwalker was still not efficient enough in terms of smooth form switching and skill casting, so it can feel a little bit clumsy in combat. We are working hard to optimize the smoothness when casting skills and the overall experience to hit the enemies with skill combos. We also want to highlight its special features in switching forms and cascading skills. We made a lot of adjustments to skills such as Snow Ape Form and Gathering Cloud.

Archer

Archer's output tempo was slightly slower than other classes. So we updated the skill Frost Splash into a Ψ skill, to give Archer has a better output tempo. During the Archer's damage loop, the player has to use Normal Attacks at intervals to make up for the damage output deficiency. To help with this, we reduced the cooldown of some of its skills, so the player can use skills more frequently. Across multiple updates, the Archer's survivability has become quite inferior compared to other light amor classes. We enhanced that, so the Archer class may give players a better overall experience.

Cleric

As updates were released, Cleric's buffing ability began to lose its advantages, and its damage output ability started to feel overstretched, with players getting more and more dependent on Violet Dance status. Meanwhile, Cleric's many buffing skills are limited under the Violet Dance status, which causes problems for the Cleric and their party. Based on the Cleric's own functionality and characteristics, we optimized its skills to fit the current game environment, enhancing some of its buffing effects, in order to highlight its healer identity. We hope Cleric can provide teammates with better support in the future.

Edgerunner

Edgerunner may have felt a bit weak without the Shield Energy and Shattered Dream status. To make Edgerunner more efficient in combat, we updated the skill Wings of Desolation into a Ψ skill, so the Edgerunner can be more active with or without the buffs. For Edgerunner, it is very important to switch the Darkverse skill according to different battle situations, but previously, Edgerunner may feel a little laggy when switching this skill. Therefore, we reduced the cooldown of Darkverse, and optimized the effect of many Darkverse skills. We believe the Edgerunner can play a more important role in the future.

Assassin

Assassin's class traits include Stealth and high damage output provided by Hit Charges. Previously, damage is not enough to produce its old effects, and it is much harder to gain Hit Charges (which are consumed too quickly). To optimize the Hit Charge gameplay experience, we added more sources for Hit Charges, and some skills now no longer cost Hit Charges to produce the old effects. Tidal Mind provides the important environment for Assassin to output damage and it has been updated into a Ψ skill, so the Assassin can choose different Glyphs for different situations. To make the Assassin's teamwork ability and instance performance better, we added an "increase damage against monsters" effect to Bloodpaint, and changed some of the effects of Life Hunter into "reduce the target's Phyiscal Defense", so the Assassin can deal higher damage as well as provide better support to teammates.

Psychic

The Psychic can make its enemies pay dearly with its Soulburn skill. However, the Psychic is weak in terms of active control, so it's easy for its targets to escape. The longer casting time also makes the skill loop less fluent. So we enhanced the Psychic's active control skills, and optimized the skill casting tempo. Because of the special Celestial Infant transformation gameplay, Psychic's Soulburn status may not be able to connect immediately. This kind of ruins the Psychic's class features, so we adjusted the cooldown of Soulburn related skills to compensate.

Seeker

Seeker's gameplay ensures its guaranteed position in instancing parties. However, it lacks direction control and movement, so the Seeker feels a bit clumsy in PVP duels. As a primary way of indirect control, its coordination with Sword Tip is also shunned by players due to the problem of not having high enough Accuracy. We decided to focus on solving the issue of having too much control requirements and not enough power. First, Sword Tip's key co-working Glyphs all have "guaranteed hit" effects. The Glyph levels only affect damage, and no longer affect control time. Voidstep is updated into a Ψ skill, and different Glyphs have more powerful control effects. Seeker's skills have varied ranges, sometimes impacting the fluidity of combos. Now we unified the range for all skills that have a range of 20m to be 28m. We changed the "reduce Metal Resistance" effect of Ion Spike into "reduce All Resistances", and slightly increased the Resistance strength. Sword Spell of Dimensions has an additional "increase damage against monsters" effect.

Mystic

Mystic is a relatively more all-around supporting role, with DPS and Healing skill loops, as well as decent supporting capabilities. But we noticed that the Plant Pet summoning skill is used less frequently, and its counter ability against control and survivability is not enough to keep up. We decided to enhance the Plant summoning skill strength, and optimized the smoothness of the summoning skills. We added a Blood Magic effect to the Cragglord skill, so the player may summon more companions to aid themselves. To help the Mystic deal with stronger control effects, we gave it more status evasion effects and higher Resistance. We think the Mystic will have higher DPS, survivability, and supporting capabilities.

Duskblade

A seamless control loop and Ranged Damage mitigation ability are the Duskblade's primary advantage. However, we found that the coverage of Duskblade's control effects are no longer enough. The actions can't provide stable control and killing power, so the Duskblade doesn't yield much result after a flurry of attacks. We enhanced certain skills' control strength and duration, so it has the best control ability in this update. And we enhanced Duskblade's survivability so it can fare better in the heat of battle.

Stormbringer

Stormbringer masters the moon and thunder power, possessing agile moving-casting and unique defense penetrating abilities, which are essential in instances and PVP duels. Because Stormbringer has these advantages, even though they are very maneuverable, they are prone to be focus-fired and eliminated quickly, so Stormbringer may find it hard to survive and provide help to teammates. We adjusted Stormbringer skills aiming to boost its survivability. We updated Lunar Blessing into a Ψ skill, so the player may choose in what direction they will go to increase their survivability. We also changed Lunar Swiftness into an instant cast so the Stormbringer can better cope with enemy attacks.

Other Hero Saga Updates

Blademaster

Requisition: LV80, Aware of Vacuity, and clicking the "Hero Saga" - "Blademaster: General Chung" button.

Story Synopsis: Late bloomer, values friendship and justice.

The war between Human and Elf has ended for over a thousand years. The war brought suffering to the people, and left the two races with everlasting feud.

This day when you go past the North District of Archosaur City, you saw a human kid and an elven kid were arguing. You sense there were racial hatred at work here. You stopped them and escorted the human kid back to Etherblade City. To your surprise, the kid was from a very powerful family, General Chung's.

Whatever happened next completely confused you. Why would the great human General Chung became a spirit? Where did he spent his miraculous power? How did a common person become the famed General Chung?

You ventured into General Chung's memory with these questions...

Wizard

Technician

Territory War Adjustments

Each Territory War lasts 3 hours instead of 4 hours.

On the basis that the HQ Crystal's destruction determines the loss of the war, a new rule is added to determine the result. If neither side can destroy the opposite side's HQ Crystal:

a. If the Attacker has more Guard Towers left than the Defender, the Attacker wins.

b. If the Attacker has less Guard Towers left than the Defender, the Defender wins.

c. If the two sides have the same number of Guard Towers left, the side tht has more HP left wins.

d. If the two sides have the same number of Guard Towers and same HP left, the Defender wins.

 

Territory War Spectating

After this update, a new Territory War Spectating feature is added. Players who want to spectate can enter a territory that has a war going on at a certain cost.

How to enter Spectating Mode: After a Territory War has started, you can go to any teleporter in the overworld, or press G and then "Enter Instance", select "Spectating Mode", and enter a green available spectating area.

Spectating Fee: 10000000 Silver Coins

To Exit: Click Exit Battlefield button or via the Battle Coordinator of both sides.

Details:

1.1. The Spectators will be stealth all the time. All Territory War participants won't be able to see them.

1.2. Each Territory War battle costs fee only once per session. If you quit and enter the same battle again, you don't have to pay again.

1.3. The Spectators can only follow and view battle participants' gear info, and they can't interact with anything. In all chat channels, they can only receive messages, but can't send any.

1.4. Players from the two warring sides of a Territory War can also enter the battlefield as Spectators at the same cost.

1.5. When a Territory War battle ends, the Leader of both warring factions will receive 30% of the total Spectating Fee as income via mail.

 

Newly Added Custom Spectating Lobby Feature

We will add a "Custom Game" feature with this update. Players can go to Custom Game Manager in North District Archosaur City (547,675) to create and join Custom Game Lobby.

 

Create/Join Requirements: Reawakening II LV100+, Royal Sky X+

Creation Fee: 1000000 Silver Coins. If failed to create a lobby, the fee will be refunded via mail.

Details:

1. The battlefield adopts a "10v10 Offline Game" ruleset. When a side has reached 25 kills firstly, they will win. If a side has less than 1 player left in the battle, they will lose.

2. There are Lobby Password feature and Search Lobby feature.

3. The lobby has "Red Team", "Blue Team" and "Spectators" groups. Players can freely choose to join any group. Players from different servers can join a same group.

4. The creator of the lobby is by default the lobby owner. They have the permission to "Start Match". When the two teams each have more than 1 player, the lobby owner can start the match.

5. Each lobby will exist for at most 30 minutes after creation. If the lobby owner didn't start the match within 30 minutes, the lobby will be removed, and the creation fee will not be refunded.

  1. The lobby owner can decide if the two teams will have "Arms of the Light Empress" or not.
  2. The lobby owner has the permission to "Kick Player" out of the lobby.

b. All the above Glyph Quests are collected in "Anecdote - Western Continent - Glyph Trial (I)", "Anecdote - Western Continent - Glyph Trial (II)", and "Anecdote - Western Continent - Glyph Trial (III)".

 

Other Updates and Optimizations

Dragons' Conquest Sign-up Optimization

Sign-up Requirements updated:

a. Requires local server Territory War to sign up.

b. We no longer limit the number of participants from each server. Instead, we will take participants according to their Territory War Points ranking from the highest down.

c. If two Factions from a same server have the same Territory War Points, then the one that participated in Territory War earlier will be accepted.

d. We no longer limit the number of participants and will keep accepting until all Territories are full.

 

Active Point System updated:

a. Arigora Colosseum, Chrono Hunt, Master and Apprentice Instance, Couple Instance, and Elysium Mastery Active Points Daily Quests are added.

b. The daily Active Points gain cap is increased to 150. Players only need to gain 100 Active Points per day to win all rewards for the day.

 

Engraving Upgraded

After this update, the Gear Engraving feature is upgraded. The Head, Necklace, Helm engravings are upgraded into "Rising Dragon". Cloak and Pendant engravings are upgraded into "Phoenix Dance". Players can go to PW Boutique Agent and use Spirit Chisel to engrave. The effects are as follows:

 

Skills

  1. Wizard's "ΨApex Armor (Sanguine Glyph)": The effect to gain extra Water, Fire and Earth Defense and Physical Defense from Gear is increased to 135%/140%/145%/150%.
  2. Technician's "Tide of Flame" series skills: The effect "reduce Fire Resistance by 60%" is changed into "reduce all Elemental Resistances by 50%".
  3. Technician's "ΨTide of Flame (Sanguine Glyph)": The effect is changed to "increase Fire Damage by 40%/60%/80%/100% of Gear Attack".
  4. Venomancer's "Grudge Strike" series skills: The Cast Range is changed to 10 meters.
  5. Mystic's "Cragglord": The Blood Magic effect is changed to "increase Physical Attack by 500% and Magic Attack by 700%".

 

Other Adjustments

  1. Teleport Stone UI update: The Teleport Stone interface is optimized to highlight the breathtaking world of Perfect World.
  2. Moon Watcher Tower difficulty lowered. The HP of monsters is lowered to 50% of the old value.
  3. The maximum move range of the following Cultivation monsters are reduced: Zeemore, Wensran, Killianil, Scezis, Tarowtes, Resentful Pyrosteosis, Brigand Transient, Demonic Vexation, Fats, Ethereal Abomination, Infernal Spikewing, Rancid Venerator, Torturess Venerator, Hellfire Abomination, Thousand Year Spirit, Ninetails, Phlebo, Thom Mundan, Gaurnob Guard, Monoblat Dracoboa, Peachblossom Ritualist, Purified Soul Spark, Sky Quake Beast, Mega Tiger Shark.
  4. New Hallowed Mold added for Wildwalker. Current players can go to the NPCs Mysterious Merchant Yib and Mysterious Merchant Ebb to purchase Mold: ★★Hallowed Tusita and Mold: ★★★Hallowed Tusita.
  5. The slayer ownership for Ancient Dragon and Abyssal Dragon in the Territory War is changed to: When the dragons are slain, the side that has dealt more damage to the dragons gains the Catapult.
  6. Optimized the distance determining accuracy when attacking targets using Self-circled or Target-circled skills.
  7. LV10 Tome "Universe" is added. Players can go to Light Envoy Jade Snow in South Archosaur City to use Cauldron of Eons to upgrade Tome Emperor into Universe.
