- Portals now spawn more closely to the time Insurgencies become active, so it should be less likely to teleport to an island without an active Insurgency.

- Rewards for the Hoard once again properly allows players to turn in treasure and gain hoard progress.

- The Balanced Metal Rod now properly appears in Alyssa Misdani's store after the Glowing Forger's Box is upgraded to the Burning Forger's Box.
- The tooltip for Infernal Secrets now properly shows the daily cap.
