Trade this to a Pilgrim in exchange for a gift.
Sincere Wish can produce 1 Chest of Dreams at the NPC: Pilgrim at (532, 655) Archosaur.

Wishful Incense Stick is also a "Crowd Funding" item across each server! Upon using wishful incense stick, there will be 1 Wishful Incense produced. Don't toss it!
