• Resolved an issue that was preventing Foe-targeting Command Bridge Officer Abilities from correctly triggering the "Flagship Staffing" Starship Trait.
• Resolved an issue that was preventing Suppression Barrage from triggering the effects of the "Flagship Staffing" Starship Trait.
• The Console - Universal - Micro Dark Matter Anomaly should no longer be usable during the briefing phase of TFOs.
