Resolved an issue with the Merian Command Science Dreadnought (T6) console that was causing it to have an incorrect cooldown.
Resolved an issue with the Merian Command Science Dreadnought (T6) console that would cause 2 stacks of damage resistance to apply for .1 sec every tick.
Resolved an issue that was preventing Section 31 Drone Squadron hangar pets from benefiting from any special firing modes.
Added "Attack Pattern Delta" to the list of abilities that trigger "Scientific Bulwark".
