Greetings adventurers!

The legendary City of Spiders could be soon in the grip of a civil war and the drow Blaspheme require your aid. Fooling a beholder is not an easy task, especially if this one is a god, but you could perhaps take it on at its own game and influence its perception of reality?

We’re hosting a photo battle contest where adventurers can flaunt their wit by turning aspects of the Underdark into humorous creations.

Photo Battle Begins: Tuesday, April 4 at 7:30am PT
Photo Battle Ends: Tuesday, April 18 at 7:30 PT

How to participate:

It’s simple: we’ll provide you with different images and it’s your task to use any editing software (even Paint) to paste one or several of them in hilarious or unlikely situations.

 

If you don’t have any editing software, Microsoft Paint is just as good for this contest! Here’s how you would paste an image into another on Paint:

• Download the PNG files of the images provided.
• Open the image you want to use in Microsoft Paint
• Copy the image by hitting CTRL+A then CTRL+C
• Now open the background image you want to put the cutout onto.
• CRTL+V to paste the cutout on top of the image
• Under Select, hit “Transparent selection”
• This should remove the white area around the image.

These are the full contest instructions and rules:

• This contest is open for adventurers on PC, Xbox and PlayStation!
• After you’ve prepared your entry, send an email with the attached image to the following email address: contest@gearboxams.com. IMPORTANT: In the email, also include your character@handle and the platform you’re playing on!
• Only one entry per person and account will enter the contest, but you’re free to attach several images if you want. All entries must be submitted by April 18.
• Winners will be announced and contacted shortly after they have been drawn.
• By entering this contest, you agree that your creation, together with your @handle, can be shared on our official Neverwinter social media channels.
• We also reserve the right to not reward participants whose creations are in bad taste or violate our terms & conditions in any way.

Rewards

• Participation reward for each eligible participant: 1x Rainbow Beholder Vanity Pet.
• We will randomly draw a number of winners that receive: 1x Mount or Vanity Pet of your choice from the community reward bundle (plus the participation reward).
• A carefully selected jury will determine the best creations and reward them with: A Community Reward Bundle and 3,000 ZEN (plus the participation reward).
