In celebration of the Lockbox Resurgence, Community Manager Akromatika will be in-game looking to make some trades with players. Throughout the Lockbox Resurgence, Akro will be carrying a selection of rare lockbox items available to trade with adventurers.

Not happy with a particular lockbox item you just received? Have two of the same companion or mount? During the lockbox resurgence Akro will periodically send out in-game broadcasts detailing his location in-game. Players who approach him with the rare lockbox item will be able to exchange those items for a similar item from a different lockbox. This is your chance to make sure you have all of the rarest items in Neverwinter!

How does the event work?

Akro will periodically send in-game broadcasts detailing his location and the item he is seeking to trade. For example he will say: “I’m in Protector’s Enclave looking for a purple companion.” Players who have any purple companion from a lockbox can then exchange that item for any lockbox companion.

Items can only be exchanged for similar quality items and for the same type of item (Companions for companions, mounts for mounts, artifacts for artifacts).

Keep an eye out on our social channels as well, as we’ll be dropping hints on when and where Akro will appear next. Additionally you'll also see Product Manager, Rogers@arr2, in-game as he will be taking time away from his countless meetings to log in and trade with adventurers!
