What are the rewards I could receive?

Transfer 6,000 Zen into Neverwinter to receive the Quickling Companion, Fey Wolf Mount, and Sun Mask.

 

 

Transfer 3,000 Zen into Neverwinter to receive the Fey Wolf Mount and Sun Mask.

Transfer 500 Zen into Neverwinter to receive the Sun Mask.

 

How do I qualify for Charge Rewards?

1. Purchase Zen to spend on Neverwinter's Zen Market.

2. Transfer Zen into Neverwinter.

3. For each amount tier reached, 500, 3,000, or 6,000 Zen, you'll receive that tier's reward.

- Transfer 6,000 Zen into Neverwinter and receive all three tier's rewards!

- Transfer 3,000 Zen into Neverwinter and receive both the 3,000 and 500 Zen tier's rewards.

- Transfer 500 Zen into Neverwinter and receive the 500 Zen tier reward.

4.  On September 27, 2013, at 12 P.M. PDT (Pacific), you will be able to collect your reward at the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave.

Q: What is the Charge Rewards program?

A: It's a program for Neverwinter where you earn rewards for transferring Zen into the game. See above for all the cool rewards available!

Q: How do I qualify for Charge Rewards?

A: Transfer Zen into Neverwinter after our special promotion begins on September 19, 2013 at 10 A.M. PDT (Pacific) to qualify.

Q: Are there any other promotions right now for me to spend Zen on?

A: You're in luck! Our Profession Packs are 15% off right now for a limited time.

Q: Do I have to transfer 500, 3,000, or 6,000 Zen all at once to qualify for rewards?

A: You do not have to transfer all the Zen at once. You can transfer Zen into Neverwinter multiple times and we will count the total amount transferred once the promotion ends on Monday, 09/23 at 10 A.M. PDT (Pacific).

Q: How do I spend Zen I transferred into Neverwinter?

A: Once you are in game, press 'Y' on your keyboard to access the Zen Market. The newest and coolest items will be there and available for purchase!

Q: When is the last day I could qualify for these Charge Rewards?

A: On September 23, 2013 at 10 A.M. PDT (Pacific), our Charge Rewards promotion will end. Then, on September 27, 2013 at 12 P.M. PDT (Pacific), you will be able to claim you rewards at the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave.

Q: How do I transfer Zen into the game to qualify for Charge Rewards?

Q: Could I qualify for two or three rewards?

A: Yes, you can! Transfer 6,000 Zen into Neverwinter and you will receive the Sun Mask, Fey Wolf Mount, and Quickling Companion. Transfer 3,000 Zen and you'll receive the Sun Mask and Fey Wolf Mount.

Q: Is it possible to earn more than one of each item for my account?

A: Each account is eligible for each item once.

Q: Can I sell my rewards in the Auction House?

A: No, the rewards are account-bound, non-tradable, and only available for characters on your account.

Q: Are these rewards available only on one of my characters?

A: No, these rewards are account-wide. Once they are available, every character can claim these rewards at the Reward Claims Agent.

Q: When and how will I receive my rewards?

A: On September 27, 2013 at 12 P.M. PDT (Pacific), players will be able to claim their rewards at the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave.
