Hey Champs fans,
This week, we are going to reinterpret the name of this column, and take a look around the corner at some costume sets getting ready for launch!
The first of these is the Golden Age costume set, which aims to outfit your character of choice with a suite of options from the bygone but classic age of high-flying heroes. The heroes of this age, while rich with theme, are more practically attired in cloth or leather rather than the tights or armor of bronze or iron age characters. With this set, our goal was to add a great variety of thematic accessories which could be mixed and matched with our existing library of pieces, or used together as shown.
Next, we turn to a release which is still further down the road, but no less exciting – the Pulp Hero costume set! These pieces were similarly inspired by a classic age, yet these outfits evoke not super-powered individuals but daring adventurers, vigilantes, and sleuths.
Our character artists truly went above and beyond to capture every detail, bringing each to life in three dimensions. I hope that your heroes can make the most of the thematic parts in these sets, as the heroes of yore certainly deserve some modern day counterparts!
