Each week we’ll roll out new rewards for the Featured Episode “Time and Tide.” Last week’s rewards were the Chronometric Polaron Beam Array and the Chronometric Polaron Dual Heavy Cannons. This week’s reward is the Chronometric Capacitor Tactical Console. In addition, the first completion of this mission on an account this week will grant a Featured Episode Weekly Reward Box. This box gives your choice of an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade or a Captain Specialization Point Box, which gives the character who opens it a Specialization Point. The Weekly Reward Box, Tech Upgrade, and Specialization Point Box are all Bound to Account, and may be freely traded between your characters. The Specialization Point Box requires the opening character to be level 50 or above.

Chronometric particles are highly energetic, and highly unstable. Chronometric Capacitors are a key part of Chronometric Polaron weapons systems, as they can store the particle within a containment field during the Polaron suspension process. Vessels equipped with Chronometric Capacitors benefit from increased Polaron weapon damage, particle generators, and weapon power levels.

The Chronometric Capacitor is part of the Chronometric Calculations set. Collect additional pieces from this set to unlock powerful set bonuses:

Cyclical Auxiliary Conduits (2 piece)

This 2 piece bonus increases the Auxiliary power level of your ship.

Chronometric Energy Converter (3 piece)

This 3 piece bonus increases energy weapon and exotic damage when activated. The energy weapon damage buff is based on your Auxiliary power, while the exotic damage buff is based on your Weapon power.

Chronometric Focusing Array (4 piece)

This 4 piece bonus increases the Krenim Chroniton Torpedo’s proc chance, and increases the duration of Chronometric Energy Converter.
