Foundry Spotlight: Invictus Social Zone by Midnighttlc

Von Ambassador Kael | Fr 25 Mai 2018 09:30:00 PDT

The Foundry is a special program within Star Trek Online that allows users to make their own episodes, playable by other Captains within STO. To access it, open your Mission Journal, and select “Foundry,” at the top. Every month, we like to spotlight a particularly interesting or unique mission for all of you to experience. This time, we’re spotlighting “AA: Starbase Invictus Social Map” by midnighttlc. (ID: ST-HBMSMG4XC)

The Foundry, by its very nature, is not designed to create a social zone. That’s why what midnighttlc, better known to some as Admiral Aaron, has done here is pretty darned cool. Hang out in a social club, battle on a holodeck, and meet a host of interesting characters both original and based on the personas of your fellow players. (And one bartender based on a certain German Community Manager.) Bored with all the socializing? Summon a Borg raid to battle all across the station, and then end it all with a lovely walk across a starlit gantry.

Got a mission you think is worthy of being spotlighted in one of our monthly blogs? Submit it to us! After you’ve built it in the editor, there’s an option to submit it for spotlighting when you export. We hope you enjoy Starbase Invictus, and we’ll see you in game, Captains.
