What are the rewards I could receive?
Transfer 5,000 ZEN into Neverwinter to receive the Storm Rider Companion and Lion Mask.
The Storm Rider has initial power points in Power, Critical Strike, and Armor Penetration, along with three offensive slots for Runestones, one neck slot, one waist slot and one ring slot.
As a green quality companion, the Storm Rider has a Max Rank of 20, providing you with two skins from which to pick before ranking up.
The Storm Rider has three powers and one active bonus:
Active Bonus (Bonus values increase along with companion Rank):
+15 Power and +15 Recovery (at Rank 20). *Applies to you as long as this companion is active"
Charged Shot:
8 Second Cooldown, 50' Range
Deals Lightning Damage
A charged arrow that deals additional damage to enemies slowed by Ice Arrow.
Ice Arrow:
1.5 Second Cooldown, 50' Range
Deals Cold Damage
An arrow of ice that deals damage to target foe.
Chilling Arrowheads (available at companion level 30):
Ice Arrow slows the target on impact by 3' per second for 4 seconds.
Transfer 1,000 ZEN into Neverwinter to receive the Lion Mask.
How do I qualify for Charge Rewards?
- Purchase ZEN to spend on Neverwinter's Zen Market.
- Transfer ZEN into Neverwinter.
- For each amount tier reached, 1,000 or 5,000 ZEN, you'll receive that tier's reward.
Transfer 5,000 ZEN into Neverwinter and receive both tier's rewards!
Transfer 1,000 ZEN into Neverwinter and receive the 1,000 ZEN tier reward.
- On December 12, 2013, at 12 P.M. PST (Pacific), you will be able to collect your reward at the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave.

Q: What is the Charge Rewards program?
A: It's a program for Neverwinter where you earn rewards for transferring ZEN into the game. See above for all the cool rewards available!
Q: How do I qualify for Charge Rewards?
A: Transfer ZEN into Neverwinter after our special promotion begins on November 28, 2013 at 10 P.M. PST (Pacific) to qualify.
Q: Are there any other promotions right now for me to spend ZEN on?
A: You're in luck! Enchanted Keys are 15% off right now for a limited time.
Q: Do I have to transfer 1,000 or 5,000 ZEN all at once to qualify for rewards?
A: You do not have to transfer all the ZEN at once. You can transfer ZEN into Neverwinter multiple times and we will count the total amount transferred once the promotion ends on Saturday, 12/7/13, at 11:59 P.M. PST (Pacific).
Q: How do I spend ZEN I transferred into Neverwinter?
A: Once you are in game, press 'Y' on your keyboard to access the Zen Market. The newest and coolest items will be there and available for purchase!
Q: When is the last day I could qualify for these Charge Rewards?
A: On December 7, 2013 at 11:59 P.M. PST (Pacific), our Charge Rewards promotion will end. Then, on December 12, 2013 at 12 P.M. PST (Pacific), you will be able to claim you rewards at the Reward Claims Agent in Protector's Enclave.

A: No, these rewards are account-wide. Once they are available, every character can claim these rewards at the Reward Claims Agent.
