General:

Resolved an issue that caused the Kumari Phaser Wing Cannons' base fire to have less DPS than similar weapons.
- The Kumari Phaser Wing Cannons can now interact with Re-Engineering.
Quad Cannons can now interact with Re-Engineering.
Resolved an issue that caused some Boolean Heavy Assault Cannons to be missing modifiers.
Resolved an issue that prevented the Neurophasic Disruption Field console from increasing the player’s flight speed.
Resolved an issue which caused mini-Q’s to still appear on Academy grounds after the Anniversary event ended.
