Ferral Thoon Hulk (and Friends)

• Enrage, caused by defeating the Feral Thoon Hulk’s allies, no longer makes the Feral Thoon Hulk mostly unkillable on Normal difficulty.
• Enrage increases the Feral Thoon Hulk’s damage by a much lower amount on Normal difficulty.
• Enrage increases the Feral Thoon Hulk’s damage resistance by a slightly lower amount on Advanced and Master difficulty.

Emperor Xeleth

• Shooting Star (tankbuster) is no longer obliterating entire solar systems on Normal and Advanced difficulty.
• Shooting Star is back to being very deadly on Master difficulty.
• Lightning Blast damage has been slightly decreased.

Vocath’s Arena of Blood

Razortyrannus

• Can no longer disguise itself as a helpless halfling, human, or other sneaky forms.

Ranger Class

Hindering Strike Encounter Power

• Should no longer fail to activate and go on cooldown.
• A special thank you to our community for helping to reproduce this long-standing bug and finally get it fixed.
• Note: A future patch will address a similar issue with ranged powers failing to activate and going on cooldown when used at exactly their maximum range.
