Just in time for Neverwinter’s 5 Year Anniversary, we are introducing a Refinement Pack in the Zen Market. This pack will replace the existing Blood Ruby Pack and at a lower price of 400 Zen! The new Refinement Pack is available on all platforms starting today and contains:

• 1 Blood Ruby
• 2 Random Gemstones that can be:
  • Violet Diamond
  • Brilliant Diamond
  • Alexandrite
  • Blood Ruby
• 1 Random Enchantment from Rank 7 to Rank 12
• One of the following:
  • 1 Ultimate Enchanting Stone
  • 1 Superior Enchanting Stone
  • 2 Greater Enchanting Stones
  • 4 Moderate Enchanting Stones

Note: The Refinement Pack is NOT affected by the double Refining Stones event.  

We have also reduced the prices for the following items in the Zen Market:

• Bank Slots: 500 Zen per batch of 16 (reduced from 600 Zen)
• Character Slots: 250 Zen per pair (reduced from 500 Zen)
• Companion Active Slot early unlocks: 150 Zen (reduced from 350 Zen)
• Race Reroll Tokens: 750 Zen (reduced from 1500 Zen)
• Dragonborn + Race Reroll Bundle: 1500 Zen (reduced from 2500 Zen)
• Account-Shared Bank Slots: 500 Zen per batch of 8 (reduced from 700 Zen)
• Scroll of Life: 200 Zen (reduced from 300 Zen)
• Scroll of Mass Life: 250 Zen (reduced from 500 Zen)

In addition, the following items have been transferred from the Zen Store to other locations of purchase:

• Uncommon quality mounts: now purchased in the Wondrous Bazaar
• Uncommon quality companions: now purchased in the Trade Bar Store.
  • Exceptions: Kenku Archer and Ioun Stone of Radiance are available in the Wondrous Bazaar instead.
