Certain character classes no longer unexpectedly receive instant automatic respecs when duplicating a Loadout.

Performance and Stability
General

Certain crashes in the graphics system have been fixed, but we're still investigating the "Device Removed" crash.
A change has been put into place that may help better investigate the "Device Removed" crash.
