As we scoured the lands of Neverwinter, we were ambushed by a black dragon in the swamps. Not able to react in time, we were sure its mouth was the last thing we’d see – and feel. As we were mere seconds away from being eaten, an arrow appeared out of nowhere and flew right into the dragon’s eye, followed by another, and another! Blinded by the arrows, the dragon flew away, but not before a humanoid avian creature hopped out and tried to shoot the dragon one last time. We approached the creature, thanking it for saving our lives. All it wanted was some coin in return.
