PC Patch Notes for 10/6/17

Resolved an issue where Full Impulse would cause power levels to drop immediately of the player did not have the Miracle Worker Simplified Plumbing skill active.
- Full Impulse will now act as it used to prior to Season 14.
Resolved an issue that could cause the Experimental Proton Charge to fail to deal damage in some cases.

Some cutscenes may be missing objects.
Tzenkethi critters in Dranuur Beach Assault do not always aggro appropriately.
Some FX do not play properly when powerboarding around the Lukari Colony Fleet Holding.
