UPDATE: In regards to the rewards being distributed, first off, thank you for the continued feedback regarding the login promotion. we've been going back and forth with the team to see what happened and what adjustments we can make to ensure that we a rewarding as closely to what was originally communicated. The rewards that were communicated were incorrect. We didn't catch those in reviewing the material prior to distribution.

However, we want to make sure that those players that logged into the game are rewarded for their efforts. In addition to the reward structure currently in place, players who qualify for tier 2 (logged in on at least ten separate days) will receive three War Avatar Pack S and those that qualify for tier 3 (logged in on at least 12 separate days) will receive two War Avatar Pack S. To reiterate the current reward structure is:

• Tier 1 - War Avatar Chest: B x5
• Tier 2 - War Avatar Chest: A x5 (plus an additional three War Avatar Pack S)
• Tier 3 - War Avatar Pack S x1 (plus an additional Five War Avatar Pack S)

Hi PWI Community,

Although it may feel like 2015 has just started, July is already approaching! With that, we are kicking off our summer login promotion this week. The promotion is simple: just log into PWI during the given timeframe and you’ll get free rewards via the in-game mail system! Take a look below for more details:

Start date: June 24^th, 2015 at 12:00am PDT
End date: July 9^th, 2015 11:59pm PDT

This month's login rewards will work slightly different than in the past. This time we are announcing different tiers of rewards. The more you login to PWI between June 24 and July 9, the better your rewards will be! Here are the requirements and rewards for each Tier:

Tier 1 - Login on at least five separate days during the login promotion to receive:

War Avatar Chest: B x 5

Tier 2 - Login on at least ten separate days during the login promotion to receive:

War Avatar Pack S x 5

Tier 3 - Login on at least 12 separate days during the login promotion to receive:

War Avatar Chest: S x 1

*** Please wait up to 2-3 hours after your character has qualified for a tier in order to receive the mails containing your rewards. ***

Requirements:

• You character must be level 50+ in order to receive the rewards. If you hit level 50 during the events, you need to login again to start qualifying. 
• You need to exit the game and relog again for the next day to count.
• In order for a specific character to qualify for a tier, you must log into it at least once each day.
• It doesn’t count if you stayed logged in the game continuously for 2 weeks.
• To qualify for a Tier, you are not required to login once a day for 5/10/12 consecutive days. This means you can take a few days off in between.

Please note: 

• The items will be sent to your mailbox. 
• All items are bound.
• You can not put any of the items in your stash.
• The days are separated by UTC time, 12:00AM (midnight) – 12:00AM (midnight next day), except for the first and last days.
• A character that fulfills the highest tier of requirements will receive all the rewards that apply to the tiers below it. Ex: Someone who completes the tier-3 challenge will receive T3, T2, and T1 rewards.
• Login rewards can only be redeemed once per character. A character can only earn 1x T1, 1x T2, and 1x T3 prize.
