Featured Episode: Sunrise

Admiralty:

  • Admiralty is a new system which allows a level 52 - 60 captain to send out any starship that the captain currently has access to for assignments which will reward valuable assets and advance influence and prestige.
  • The starships that can be used are all currently commissioned ships in the captain’s roster.
    • This does not include starships still in rewardpacks or ones which are unclaimed in the ship store.
    • Captains will only ever have access to a single Admiralty Ship per class of ship they have access to.
    • “Fleet” and “Mirror” versions of existing classes are counted as separate classes.
  • Each Admiralty ship has the following characteristics: Tier, Rarity, Stats, Special Abilities, and Maintenance.
    • These characteristics will be used to determine which ships go on what assignments.
  • There is also a chain of assignments called “Tour of Duty” which lead to the largest rewards each campaign has to offer.
  • With the launch of season 11, players will have access to two campaigns each with their own set of rewards:
    • United Federation of Planets
    • Klingon Empire
  • The Admiralty system can be accessed in the Duty Officer and R&D Systems UI as a new tab.

Badlands Battlezone:

  • The Badlands Battlezone is a new zone for all level 60 captains and is accessible from the Alpha Quadrant.
  • Fight the Terran Empire who is opening portals into the Badlands to stage an invasion into our universe.
  • Completion of objectives in the Badlands Battlezone will award new Terran Empire marks, used for advancing through the Terran Task Force reputation.
  • Participation also awards Expertise and Dilithium.

Terran Task Force Reputation:

  • This new reputation is available for level 50 captains in the Reputations panel of the character status window.
  • The Terran Task Force Reputation System offers high-end rewards for Captains to use against the Terran Empire of the Mirror Universe.
  • Earn Terran Marks by completing any of the following content:
    • Counterpoint
    • Assault on Terok Nor
    • Tasks in the Badlands Battlezone
  • In addition to Terran Marks, Mk XII set gear requires Terran Gravimetric Inducers.
    • Earn Terran Gravimetric Inducers through higher difficulty versions of any queued event which offers Terran Marks.

Cardassian Struggle/Dominion Domination Revamp:

General:

  • Items in a rewardpack no longer go into the overflow bag when opened if there are already items in the overflow bag.
  • Resolved an issue where some Bridge Officers could not be commissioned and were missing some information such as ones from the Federation, Romulan, and Klingon tutorials and Fleet Embassy.
  • Kit Modules can now be changed in Space.
  • Resolved an issue when in a team, canceling the beam down option would prompt both players to select their own set of Bridge Officers.
  • Removed the duplicate Federation Minefield queue that Klingon faction captain’s had access to.
  • Resolved an issue which was causing collision to be missing in non-spherical zones on maps.
  • Resolved an issue which made the Rock and Roll Animation look incorrect when used on ships which can saucer separate.
  • Resolved an issue which was causing the grenade explosion FX to be missing on some weapons such as the:
    • Klingon Honor Guard Pulseweave Rifle
    • Phased Biomatter Burst Rifle
    • Adapted MACO Phaser Pulsewave Rifle
  • Implemented new loading screens for New Dawn.
     

Content:

  • Updated the level scaling for the Delta Quadrant and Iconian War episode arcs:
    • The Delta Quadrant episode arc is now scaled to be level range 50 – 56.
    • The Iconian War episode arc is now scaled to be level range 56 – 59.
  • The following queues are being retired:
    • Mine Trap
    • The Breach
  • Dyson Sphere Space, Undine/Voth Space Battlezones: Resolved an issue that caused captured points to read "Federation Supply Crate" instead of "Capture Point."
  • The Vault: Ensnared:
    • Rescued ships now warp out.
    • Resolved an issue where rescued Warbirds wouldn’t fight.
  • Undine Space Battlezone: Resolved an issue that caused the Duty Officer Assignment contact in the starting area to only display for one player at a time.
    • This contact will now only display for captains who are high enough level to have Duty Officer Assignments.
  • Broken Circle: Immobilized player during briefing so as not to potentially break mission progression.
  • Midnight:
    • Resolved an issue where occasionally, the bombardment cutscene would not play depending on the dialogue choices made.
    • Resolved an issue where some rewards from Midnight were not Bind on Pickup. 
  • Resolved an issue in the Dyson Sphere Space Battlezone that would cause a Federation capture point to not drop back to 2/3 completion if players failed to activate the rift-destroying device after it powered up. 
  • What Lies Beneath: Resolved an issue where KDF Captain’s Bridge Officers would attack the Devidian portal.
  • Atmospheric Assault: Resolved an issue where the wrong contacts would appear in some mission steps.
  • Coliseum: Resolved an issue where Slamek would sometimes get into a state where he would not help the player escape the Coliseum.
  • Cutting the Cord: Resolved an issue which was causing Temek to speak an incorrect line.
  • Ram Izad Patrol: Resolved issues with the flow of dialog.
  • Resolved an issue that made it difficult to target Starbase 234 in the Romulan patrols of the H'atoria sector. 
  • Resolved an issue which was causing the IKS Kang to have fewer HP/Shields than intended when on Advanced Difficulty.
  • Adjusted the DS9 and Bajor Sector Spawn Points to try to keep players from spawning inside the sun.
  • Resolved an issue where there were some spots in the ground of the Dyson Sphere where players could fall through.
  • Changed a typo in description of "Bug Hunt" queues: "elminate" -> "eliminate".
  • Resolved an issue on the Tesseract interface: "Complete Half of Romulan Story Arc" now uses correct icon which was previously using a Starfleet chevron instead of Romulan icon.
     

Systems:

  • Resolved an issue where the Reactive Armor Catalyst R&D task, unlocked by completing the Broken Circle episode, was showing an incorrect icon.
  • Resolved an issue that was preventing "EPS Flow Regulators" and "Shield Emitter Amplifier" from appearing in their respective Console Crafting Recipe options. 
  • Resolved an issue that was preventing Industrial Replicators from ever showing up as NPC drops. 
  • Resolved an issue that was causing the Level 18 Duty Officer Reward to be given at level 11 for Federation characters. 
  • Resolved an issue that was causing the "+CritChance/+CritSev on Melee Attacks" Security Officer Duty Officer to not always increase crits correctly.
  • Updated Omega Task Force reputation starship shield reward project names and descriptions to correctly reference the name of the item that is awarded.
  • Resolved an issue where the Iconian Resistance space shield tooltips indicated more Shield Resistance than the item actually had.
    • The tooltip read 20% while the actual resistance was 10%.
    • Increased the resistance to 15%, and updated the tooltips to match. 
  • Added a disclaimer to all Specialization scaling passives: "Must have at least 1 point spent in this Specialization, to gain this bonus."
    • This is a text change only. 
  • The "Install Replicator" Duty Officer Assignment on Nimbus will no longer take up a Duty Officer Assignment slot.
     

Powers:

  • All Medium space turrets have had their innate damage buffs reduced by 50%, but have gained one additional weapon.
  • All Heavy space turrets have had their innate damage buffs reduced by 70%, but have gained two additional weapons.
  • All Heavy Torpedo space turrets no longer have access to High Yield, and have had their Torpedo Spread ability reduced from Rank III to Rank I. 
  • Biotech Siphon no longer restores health when using the Zephram Cochrane Shotgun. 
  • The cooldowns on "Subspace Wake" and "Team Fortress" consoles have been reduced from 3 minutes to 2 minutes.
  • The cooldown on "Resonant Dissipation Matrix" console has been reduced from 3 minutes to 2 minutes.
  • Resolved an issue where Reactive Armor Catalysts were preventing Shields from taking damage. 
  • The Delta Alliance Unimatrix Shield Array's Unimatrix Shielding proc now has a 2.5% chance to trigger, and 30 second duration. 
  • Resolved an issue that would cause a Borg Elite Tactical Drone to occasionally spawn with a knockback power. 
  • Prototype Bateret Sedative and Prototype Ketracel Stimulant now correctly trigger cooldowns on other ground devices when used, and can no longer be used during combat. 
  • Ferengi Rapid Fire Missiles now correctly trigger both "Overwhelming Force" and "Torpedo Barrage" Starship Traits, when using High Yield. 
  • Resolved an issue that was preventing Timely Intervention, a Command Kit Module, from ever becoming available for use, regardless of teammates' health values.
  • Weapons with the [Snare] mod will now only debuff the target, instead of also affecting self. 
  • Corrected an issue that would cause the starship trait Weapon System Synergy to trigger on the 11th stack of Weapon System Synergy instead of on the 10th as intended.
  • Resolved an issue with Sensor Analysis that was causing Shield Drains against affected foes to be diminished once 6 stacks had been reached.
    • Shield Drains should again be properly enhanced by Sensor Analysis, regardless of number of stacks on the foe.
  • Updated description of Subspace Fold power to match actual distance travelled.
  • Updated description of Torpedo Spread 2/3 templates to now display the correct number of targets the powers hit in the long description.
     

Ships:

  • All T1 through T5 Starships which cost Dilithium to obtain have had their prices reduced:
    • T1 (Lt) reduced from 8,000 to 5,000
    • T2 (LtC) reduced from 15,000 to 10,000
    • T3 (Cdr) reduced from 40,000 to 20,000
    • T4 (Capt) reduced from 80,000 to 40,000
    • T5 (RA-LH) reduced from 120,000 to 80,000
  • Added passive bonuses to all Tier 6 ship consoles that didn't previously have them including:
    • Console - Universal - Heavy Phaser Lance: Gained +Phaser Weapon Damage as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Structural Integrity Field Siphon: Gained +Max Hull Hit Points as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Sensor Probe Swarm: Gained +Exotic Damage as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Weapon System Siphon: Gained +Max Hull Hit Points as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Heavy Plasma Lance: Gained +Plasma Energy Weapon Damage as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Particle Synthesizer: Gained +Auxiliary Power as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Particle Conversion Matrix: Gained +Turn Rate as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Destabilized Singularity Projector: Gained +Max Hull Hit Points as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Heavy Disruptor Spinal Cannons: Gained +Disruptor Weapon Damage as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Aero Shuttle Bay: Gained +Max Shield Hit Points as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Polaric Chromoelectric Modulator: Gained +Exotic Damage and +Shield Hardness as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Hazari Shield Drone: Added +Max Shield Hit Points and +Shield Healing as a passive bonus.
    • Console - Universal - Resonant Dissipation Matrix: Added +Exotic Damage and +Shield Healing as a passive bonus. 
  • The Kara Advanced Warbird [T6] starship's hangar pet launch abilities should now have their recharge times affected by Auxiliary power levels.
  • The Fleet Ha'apax Advanced Warbird [T6] starship's hangar pet launch abilities should now have their recharge times affected by Auxiliary power levels.
  • The Kolasi Siege Destroyer [T6] starship's hangar pet launch abilities should now have their recharge times affected by Auxiliary power levels.
  • The Fleet Guramba Siege Destroyer [T6] starship's hangar pet launch abilities should now have their recharge times affected by Auxiliary power levels.
  • Updated description on Aquarius Escort to include further explanation of console synergy.
  • Resolved an issue where the torpedo nodes for the Constellation class Heavy Cruiser were not appearing in the correct place.
  • Added a new set of nacelle options for the Constellation class named "Constellation Beta".
    • These nacelles are available for players who own the Constellation Class Heavy Cruiser Refit.
  • The Kamarag displays the correct UI when upgraded to a [T5-U].
     

Character:

  • Revamped the Cardassian ground enemy group to be more in line with canon.
  • Updated female Klingon boots with the same upgrades to shape, skinning, and poly count that were implemented previously on male Klingon boots.
  • Adding more usable costume parts in the category Armor – Iconian.
  • Tribal Tatoo - 11 added for male and female human and aliengen.
  • Adjusted the Talaxian Skirt to optimize character animation movements.
  • Improved skinning and shape on one of the male Jem’Hadar hip pads.
    • Also added the previously missing right pad.
  • Improved skinning and shape on male Dyson Boots.
  • Made the Reman Cape heavier with a more natural looking cloth.
  • Made Siamese cat eyes bluer.
  • Chestgear Sci Researcher 2 should no longer clip with the Vaadwaur Upper piece.
  • Resolved a small "bump" under female noses that was visible with some of the complexion options in certain lighting.
  • Iconian Vests are now showing properly for Reman Females.
     

UI:

  • Resolved an issue which was causing occasional crashes involving the UI.
  • Resolved an issue that would cause the shield capacity to not reflect modifiers until damage was taken.
  • The Mail UI now also updates the "Read" flag when reloading data from the current mail. 
  • Made slight adjustment to the special project school icon in R&D.
  • Hooked up item icon and power icon for High Capacity Shield.
  • Resolved an issue where sometimes, the Hangar Bay slot would be outside of the UI on the Status window of the ship.
  • Removing the ability for the Fleet UI tab group to have tabscrollers.
  • Resolved an issue where the R&D list would scroll back to the top of the page after viewing a project. 
  • Added space in-between the chat window tabs.
  • “Tour of Duty” Duty Officer Assignments and Ultra Rare Duty Officer Assignments are now different colors in their UI to differentiate their rarity.
  • Traits are now sorted alphabetically.
  • Traits can now be filtered by region.
  • Ground/Space filter now only filters Personal Traits and Active Reputation groups in the Traits window.
     

Known Issues:

  • Foundry functions are temporarily unavailable.
  • The transwarp option for Sunrise does not take the player to DS9.
    • It takes the player to the map following the step at DS9.
  • Vulcan ground has incorrect art textures on the ground.
  • A few spots of VO are missing from the Cardassian Revamp and Sunrise.
  • Multi-Vector Advanced Escorts do not reflect the proper Special Ability benefit of "+15 All when Alone" in Admiralty.
