General:

Resolved an issue which would sometimes cause a crash while in the Duty Officer UI.

Known Issues:

Camera is too far above Klingon captains when camera is zoomed in all the way.
Some maps are either too dark or brightly lit.
Some icons in the Fleet Holdings UI are not correctly faction specific.
