Rage of Bel

• Portals now spawn more closely to the time Insurgencies become active, so it should be less likely to teleport to an island without an active Insurgency.

Rise of Tiamat

• Rewards for the Hoard once again properly allows players to turn in treasure and gain hoard progress.

• The Balanced Metal Rod now properly appears in Alyssa Misdani's store after the Glowing Forger's Box is upgraded to the Burning Forger's Box.
• The tooltip for Infernal Secrets now properly shows the daily cap.

General

• The German locale now properly has the fix to Companion Upgrade Token counts in tooltips.
