Rampages:
* Gravitar: Defeating Gravitar now earns you the correct amount of Questionite, and other rewards are now distributed in line with the other Rampages.
* Fire & Ice: Frosticus now contributes points to the scoreboard along with Kenina Blaze.
Powers:
* Smoke and other perception-debuffing effects no longer work on Legendary and Cosmic enemies.
UI:
* The invitation popup for private queues was not always appearing properly (the queue timer window popup would show instead). Fixed.
* The timer window for private queues (when the mission is about to begin) is now different from other queues.
* The Missions tab has returned to the queues window.
