Using his arcane magicks, he has buried the entirety of Millenium City in water. As we speak, the entire city is completely submerged. Only quick thinking from Witchcraft saved us from a dire drowning, as she was able to cast Breathe Water at 100th level when she saw the wave incoming. Every citizen of and visitor to Millenium City can now breathe underwater, and the Champions have delivered weighted boots to key important members of the city. Unfortunately, there aren't enough boots for every hero, but at least oxygen will not be a concern to you. Defender believes he will have this heionous attack sorted out just as soon as he can find the little known superhero, The Human Drain.
