New Features:

  • Duty Officers:
    • Send Duty Officers on assignments all throughout the quadrants to earn experience, Energy Credits, Dilithium, Crafting reagents and much more.
    • The Duty Officer system can be accessed by going to Options>Missions>Duty Officers.
    • Players must reach level 11 before being able to access the system will receive 20 Duty Officers for free.
    • Additional Duty Officers can be earned through some missions and the C-Store.
      • A Duty Officers tab has been added to the C-Store to purchase new Duty Officers and additional Duty Officer Slots.

  • Admiralty:
    • Send your fleet of ships off throughout the quadrants to earn experience, Energy Credits, Dilithium, Crafting reagents and much more.
    • The Admiralty system can be accessed by going to Options>Missions>Admiralty.
    • Players obtain ship cards with each ship obtained each of which have unique stats.
      • These cards are what is needed to be used in this new system.
    • This system can be accessed once the player reaches level 52.

  • Research and Development:
    • Players can use crafting components to craft new weapons and consoles in 9 different schools of research.
    • Crafting components can be found in:
      • Scanning and collecting crafting nodes on ground and space maps
      • PvE queues
      • Rewarded in systems such as Admiralty and Duty Officer Assignments
      • Purchased in the C-Store in the Items tab
    • This system can be accessed by going to Options>Missions>Research & Development and press the Research Tab to view the schools.
    • Crafting materials will be placed in the Research & Development tab in the captain’s Inventory window.

  • Fleet Holdings:

 

General:

  • Resolved a number of graphics related crashes.
  • Resolved an issue where players could not switch to of wear newly created outfits.
  • Resolved an issue where heat FX were not visible.
  • Resolved an issue where the nacelles on Intrepid style Federation starships would not animate on warp.
  • Resolved an issue on numerous maps where the lighting was either too bright or too dark.
  • Male Klingon Academy Boots are now unlocked after purchase.
     

UI:

  • Camera Updates:
    • The camera zoom angle the player chooses persists when moving to different maps.
    • Different classes of ships have their own set of camera angles which resolves the issue where camera angles were abnormally too close or too far away depending on the size of the ship.
    • The camera is no longer zoomed far out in Sector Space.
  • Resolved an issue where many option changes would not save.
  • Players can now switch ships while the ship is selected on the character window.
  • The Bridge Officer Skill List now appears when opening up its window.
  • Removed the “Freeze Stance” action when the “Stance” menu is up.
  • When trading with another player, the count display will show the traded count instead of the item stack count.
  • Added the "Away Team" option to the "Ship & Crew" menu and the "Crew Stations" subtab to the "Ship" tab.
    • These should duplicate the existing "Crew Stations" functionality in the "Skills" menu, but are in a better place.
  • Selecting "Galaxy Map" from the main menu now actually opens the galaxy map.
  • All HUD elements, space and ground, will now become 50% transparent if their keybinds are not being shown.
  • Muted team mates now have the "muted" icon next to them if they are talking.
  • For all sell, buy, and buyback tabs, the button prompt now says the specific action that will occur such as "Buy Item" instead of "Select".
  • For items, there is a new button labeled "Select" that, when pressed, will show the details popup for the item.
  • The main tabs of the Mission Journal are now organized along the top of the window.
  • Grayed out "create queue" button can no longer be pressed.
  • Altered the PvP scoreboard UI to better fit player names.
  • Tooltip text no longer overlaps the current equipped item when comparing gear in the Inventory.
  • Added a right margin on the specialization progress bar so that the focus indicator doesn't get cut off.
  • Made interacting with seats easier.
  • Made Queue Lobby into a full screen window instead of a popup window.
  • Players are now prevented from buying ships from the Ship Store if the player’s inventory is full, and is given a message indicating this.
  • Clicking the Right Stick resets the view to the starting position of a ship while in the ship tailor.
     

Content:

  • Nimbus:
    • Nimbus now has a set of transporters that players can take to jaunt around the desert.
      • The first one is in the bar in Paradise City.
    • Nimbus perk "Fought the Good Fight": Resolved an issue that would cause this perk to not appear to give completion credit for players who'd finished some of the sub-objectives. 
    • Altered some areas around Paradise City so that Bridge Officers would be less likely to appear where they shouldn't.
    • "A Fistful of Gorn": Resolved a typo in a minicontact when going to the Gorn canyon. 
  • Added more waypoints for mission steps in episodes such as:
    • The Hunt is On
    • Tradecraft
    • Blood of the Empire
    • Bringing Down the House
    • Temporal Ambassador
    • Heading Out
    • Coliseum
    • Installation 18
    • Toward Freedom
    • Elwing, Dubhe, Lilsis, and Shahr System Patrols
  • Memory Lane: Resolved an issue that caused player to get attacked during a dialogue window.
  • Resolved numerous issues where enemy NPCs would not clean up after objectives were met.
     

Systems:

  • Increased the amount of Technology and Research Points needed to upgrade Kits and Kit Modules to be on par with Space Consoles.
  • Corrected an issue that caused the Emergency Weapon Cycle Starship Trait's tooltip to report the incorrect amount of Weapon Power Cost Reduction. 
  • The Klingon Dyson Battle Science Destroyer is no longer called a Dyson Defensive Science Destroyer in some UI elements.
  • The bonus from Subsystem Redundancies Engineering Consoles now stack when more than one is equipped.
  • Resolved an issue which was causing Plasmonic Leech’s Power Instance Stacking to stack indefinitely.
  • Resolved an issue so that Drain Infection stacks for players individually.
  • Players that own the Cardassian Keldon Cruiser can now purchase Spiral Wave Disruptors from the Dilithium store.
  • Resolved an issue that caused the Numerical Superiority trait to give 20% bonus to damage with stacking modifiers for single player attacker, instead of 10% as expected.
    • Also resolved a typo in description of trait that said "To Sell:" instead of "To Self:"
  • Discharge Repair Nanites from the Sol Defense set no longer shares a cooldown with Auxiliary Power to the Inertial Dampers or similar Bridge Officer abilities. 
  • Resolved an issue where the Prefire Chamber and Directed Energy Distribution Manifold Tactical Consoles had significantly higher upgrade requirements compared to similar consoles. 
  • Removed the flavor message that appears when opening any Lock Box. 
  • Updated descriptions on "Mark Package - Multiple Choice" boxes to reflect their correct contents.
     

Known Issues:

  • Duty Officers cannot be removed from the Active Roster slots.
  • Camera is too far above Klingon captains when camera is zoomed in all the way.
  • Some maps are either too dark or brightly lit.
  • Some icons in the Fleet Holdings UI are not correctly faction specific.
