General:  

• Added additional server optimizations in a continued effort to improve performance and stability.  
• Resolved an issue that was causing Mk XII items received from the Phased Tetryon Weapon Pack (Tholian Lock Box) to not be upgradeable.  
  • This does not fix existing versions of those items, only prevents new ones from being created. 
• Starship Trait Updates: “Shall We Not Revenge” 
  • Reduced stack size from 10 to 5 (this means reflect percent begins at 10% and still scales to 50% but is quicker to ramp up). 
  • Increased duration of Revenge stacks, to allow potentially higher uptime at higher reflect percentages. 
  • Increased maximum rate of reflects from twice per second to five times per second. 
  • Reduced minimum threshold on damage reflect, so that the power triggers more frequently while affected by small sources of damage. 
  • Clarified description to show that the reflected percentage is based on Pre-Resistance damage. 
• Stasis Field Projector Universal Consoles passive bonus has been doubled from previous values. 
• Added proper icons for the Level 65 Boost (Klingon Defense Force Faction) Bundle.
