Changes:
- Tracking for which games are installed in your account when using different computers.
- New game library grouping and categorizing.
- Italian language is now here.
- Can now message users that are offline using Arc chat.
- Russian client support link is now fixed along with localization adjustments.
- Arc Overlay now works with PWI when DX11 is enabled.
- Miscellaneous fixes and performance improvements.
