With the launch of Neverwinter on Xbox One comes the opportunity for adventurers to link their Xbox Live accounts with their Arc accounts. Not only is this process fast and easy, players will also receive a free Renegade Illusionist companion for doing it!

Beginning the process is simple. The first time players reach the Neverwinter splash screen, a window will pop up and ask them if they would like to link their Arc account to their Xbox Live gamertag.

When presented with this window, press Y in order to open your Xbox’s browser, which will take you to a page where you can either sign in and link to an existing Arc account or create a new Arc account to link to. Whether you create a new account or link to an existing one, you will receive a Renegade Illusionist companion no matter what.

Once you’ve registered your account and signed in, select the option to link your Arc account to your Xbox Live gamertag. Once you’ve finished, you will be able to claim your Renegade Illusionist from the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave after completing the quest “Rags to Riches” after the tutorial.

Linking your Arc account to your gamertag will also enable you to receive customer and tech support from our wonderfully dedicated and helpful customer support team!

See you in Neverwinter!
