PC:

General:

• Resolved an issue where some players experienced having Invalid Skills.
  • Clicking to respect should now work to clear this and it will be free.
• Resolved an issue where loading screens were not appearing correct for 23^rd Century and Discovery Captains.
• Beacon of Kahless:
  • Blind has been changed to a Disable.
  • Duration increased from 5 to 8 seconds.
    • Half as much against players.
  • Shortened the tooltip text. 

Console:

General:

• Resolved an issue which was blocking the player from equipping or changing active Duty Officers.
• Resolved an issue that caused the Swarm Lockbox Training Manuals to not appear available for use. 
• Resolved an issue that caused Temporal Space Abilities to not be visible in the ability circles.
