Of Signs and Portents Week One Rewards!

By Ambassador Kael | Thu 26 Jan 2017 11:00:00 AM PST

Each week we’ll roll out new rewards for the Featured Episode “Of Signs and Portents.” The first week’s rewards is the Braydon Reconnaissance Deflector Array. In addition, the first completion of this mission on an account this week will grant a Featured Episode Weekly Reward Box. This box gives your choice of an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade or a Captain Specialization Point Box, which gives the character who opens it a Specialization Point. The Weekly Reward Box, Tech Upgrade, and Specialization Point Box are all Bound to Account, and may be freely traded between your characters. The Specialization Point Box requires the opening character to be level 50 or above.

Creative use of subatomic particles with an intent on making a ship designed to explore safely lead to the creation of the Braydon Reconnaissance Technologies set. This set uses Braydon particles to enhance the ship’s stealth detection rating and resistances to various debuffs, in addition to allowing your ship to escape safely if attacked.

The Braydon Reconnaissance Deflector Array is one part of the Braydon Reconnaissance Technologies set. Collect additional pieces from this set to unlock powerful set bonuses:

Braydon Reconnaissance Technologies

Braydon Particle Detection (2 piece)

This 2 piece bonus gives an increase to perception, flat auxiliary power, and an auxiliary power bonus that scales off of your current auxiliary power.

Braydon Engine Infusion (3 piece)

This 3 piece bonus provides an increase to engine power, impulse expertise, and reduces the cooldown of your transwarp.

Advanced Braydon Cross-Wiring (4 piece)

This 3 piece bonus decreases the lockout duration of “Shield Loss Safties” (a passively triggered buff on the Shield) and increases the effectiveness of “Micropulse Overcharge” (an active power on the Engine).

Next week we’ll reveal week two’s reward for “Of Signs and Portents.”
