As you probably already know from reading our Genesis Teaser Site, our upcoming expansion has tons of brand new stuff; things like a new race, new classes, more territories, new guild bases, and more. But there is one particular feature that's always on players' minds (and ours too). A feature that's been a part of MMO's for a long time. A feature that serves no purpose besides entertaining us and making us feel more connected to our characters.

This feature, of course, is dancing. Special character dances inject these animated heroes with personality, and add a unique touch that many gamers really appreciate.

With our upcoming expansion, we will be adding a significant number of new dances to the mix. Four of these new dances will come with the male and female genders of Earthguard Seeker and Mystic. They are embedded below for your viewing pleasure.

There will also, however, be other brand new dances, and the best part is that all of the original PWI races (and the Tideborn), will be able to execute these dances! Adding an interesting wrinkle to PWI, these new dances will be activated by wearing certain fashion sets, so you'll be able to pick out your favorite dances for each of your characters. So if you're a little tired of the relatively simple dances currently dominate the world of PWI, have no fear-- come February, when Genesis is released, you'll have way more options, and they'll be more complex and impressive as well!
