Neverwinter Coming to PlayStation®4 on July 19

By Andy (StrumSlinger) | Wed 29 Jun 2016 08:59:00 AM PDT

We’ve heard your pleas for a release date and we’re here to deliver. Neverwinter is finally coming to PlayStation®4 on July 19! Get ready to delve into a fantastical world where dungeons await curious adventurers and dragons loom from above.

If July 19 seems too long of a wait, never fear, PlayStation®4 players can get a head start exploring Neverwinter by picking up the Onyx Head Start Pack beginning July 12 to begin adventuring one week before our official launch.

The Onyx Head Start Pack will include the following items and will be available on July 12 for $19.99 on the PlayStation®Store:

  • Fragile Onyx Weapon Pack
  • 20 Enchanted Keys
  • Adventurer’s Helper Pack
  • Graycloak’s Legacy weapon
  • Onyx Horse mount (Green)
  • “The Onyx Adorned” title

All items except the Enchanted Keys and Adventurer's Helper Pack can be claimed on multiple characters. Once July 19 comes around, Neverwinter will be free to play for every adventurer – PlayStation Plus not required.

Neverwinter on PlayStation®4 will contain all nine expansions in addition to the base game and eight playable classes, each with varying paths. You’ll travel all across the Forgotten Realms to locations such as the frozen peaks of Icewind Dale, the sunless Underdark and the radiant forests of Sharandar. Amidst your journey, fend off orcs, the undead, elementals and even a five-headed dragon.

Adventure awaits around every corner. Are you ready to defend the realms?
