Now Available: Dragonforged Lockbox

By Akromatik | Thu 15 Jan 2015 10:00:00 AM PST

One of our most trusted agents in the Zhentarim managed to obtain an ornately decorated lockbox. The intricate designs adorning the sides depict scenes and figures from the mythologies of the now-fallen Dragon Empire. What surprised our agent was how prevalent metallic dragons were amongst the carvings. Hidden within are powerful relics from that bygone era and, if Tymora is with you, they can be yours to have!

Remember that each lockbox requires its own Enchanted Key before you can reveal what's inside. You can find Enchanted Keys in the Zen Market by pressing 'Y'.

Behold, the Dragon Empire relics contained within this ancient lockbox:

Sigil of the Metallic Ancestry Dragonborn – This ornate seal bears the likeness of the great platinum dragon, Bahamut. When the sigil is obtained, players can use this item to unlock the Metallic Ancestry Dragonborn. After the item’s power has been unleashed, players can select the Metallic Ancestry Dragonborn option on the race selection screen during character creation or when using a Race Reroll Token. Players do not need to have unlocked the Chromatic Dragonborn in order to make use of this sigil.

Gorgon Mount – Covered in gleaming iron plates, this mount will only yield to a rider who is truly worthy of its power. Its nostrils spew a noxious green vapor that can incapacitate even the heartiest of adventurers. Ride at your own risk.

Iron Golem Companion – This hulking juggernaut of iron can be bound to your will with the use of powerful, ancient magic. Its unrelenting strikes can tear through enemies with great ease and its imposing silhouette will make any foe think twice before crossing you.
