Are you going to Gen Con next week? If you are, be sure to visit the Wizards of the Coast booth and say hi to the Neverwinter Team! We’ll demoing a brand new map in Neverwinter, giving out awesome prizes, and you’ll have a chance to play a game of D&D with Cryptic’s CEO Jack Emmert.

The Neverwinter Team can be found at the Wizards of the Coast booth and they’ll be easy to spot because Akro and his blue haired friend “Blueskull” will be there to help players demo a never-before-played map.

How do you win prizes?

Gen Con Attendees who play the demo will receive a flyer with a code for a unique in-game item, Fang of Bahamut. Completing the demo will also enter you for a chance to play D&D with Jack Emmert, Cryptic’s CEO (first come, first served). If you’re one of the lucky winners here is the adventure you’ll be playing:

Secrets of Sokol Keep 

Levels 1-4 

4 hours 

Decades have passed since Sokol Keep was reclaimed, and a small garrison placed there along with a beacon to help guide ships. Now, that beacon has gone dark, and the garrison has disappeared. In Phlan, rumors circulate that something ancient was discovered in the grounds beneath the keep, dating to before the clerics of Tyr built the small fortress. Uncover the secrets of Sokol Keep! 

The game will be on Friday, August 15, from 8pm-12am.
