Guild Alliances

Guilds can now consistently join Alliances regardless of old Gauntlgrym allegiance (from pre-Module 6 content).
Guilds that aren't part of Alliances can now properly tend Stronghold plots.
Using /all or /alliance chat while not in an Alliance no longer crashes the game client.
